No, Social Media is Not Your Best Source for Mental Health Help
March 11, 2019

An increasing number of people are turning to the internet for all sorts of advice. Fashion advice. Medical advice. Marriage advice.

It's natural and perfectly fine in a lot of areas of life.  Even with mental health it is good to have a strong peer or support group to lean on from time to time, however we advise that you have a trained professional in your toolbox as well.  It is good to have someone who is certified in the field of mental health available to talk to and to bounce ideas off of that are not suited for social media and potentially harmful "help".
